Make up I'm throwing away.

Hi ladies

So here's a post that I've had in my drafts for a long time. I've had nothing but reviews recently and wanted to break it up a little. A while ago I reorganised my collection (I'll have a make up collection post coming soon) and in the process I came across some really gross old make up that hadn't been touched in ages. Before I threw it in the bin, I took a quick snap to show you what I threw away.

A long time ago on a make up swapping page on facebook, I did a swap. This was at a time when I was eager to swap and although there wasn't anything I needed or wanted; I felt like when somebody expressed interest, I was obliged to say yes. That was a long long time ago. During this time, I swapped for the Elizabeth Arden foundation. It came completely different to what I expected. There was hardly any product left and it was in such a bad condition. I never used it and it went right into the bin.

The LUSH colour supplement just never worked for me. It was too much of a faff having to mix it with moisturiser and it just never got used so during my recent purge it was thrown away.

The MUA glitter liner just dried up on me. It wasn't the best glitter liner to begin with because there wasn't much glitter compared to the gel formula. For £1 I'm sure you could build it up but the collection glam crystal liners are £2.99 and from what I hear, they're pretty good.

The final products are 2 ELF liners. The cream liner worked quite well to begin with but after some time it dried up. The liquid liner was too much of a watery texture and the nib was quite thick so I only ever used it when I wanted to do some sort of drawing on my face. Think Halloween tutorial recreations.

That sums up my 'Make up I'm throwing away post'.  I'm sure I'll resume with the reviews soon because it's just what I do but I really want to start incorporating something a little different into my blog, If you have any ideas, please leave me a comment.

Till next time...Toodles! :)
